Next in our series of spotlighting outstanding cafes we’re proud to partner with, we are pleased to introduce Kahve, located in the welcoming neighbourhood of Kitsilano in Vancouver, BC.

At just over 6 months old, Kahve is owned and run by Justine & John Rhee. John is an art critic and importer with an eye for design that is clear throughout their beautiful space. Justine boasts a strong background in finance, making for a very balanced and well-equipped ownership team. Moreover, the café has already attracted some of Vancouver’s finest baristas, who enjoy working amongst the well-selected & admirable equipment, tools and routines that contribute to the café’s transparent focus and delivery of quality.

Though Kahve is still very new, and the partnership is still young, we already work very closely with Justine, John and the entire Kavhe team through regular events, tastings, and education sessions offered to the public. The last event focused on the unique practices, coffees and stories of our producing partners Nancy Morales of Costa Rica & Martha Reina of Colombia.

Their next public tasting is scheduled for Friday, June 17th @ 3:00pm.
